Terms of service
The service
Migravo, operated by Steaan, copies email and calendar data from a source system you control to a Microsoft 365 tenant you control. You are responsible for having the right to access both systems.
Transfers and credits
- One credit licenses one source mailbox. The credit is consumed when a migration for that mailbox first starts, whether or not it completes.
- A licensed mailbox stays licensed: retries, resumes and later re-migrations of the same address are free.
- Free transfers cover mailboxes up to 10,000 messages and 10 GB. Paid transfers have no size limit.
- Credits do not expire.
Payment and refunds
Prices exclude VAT; the applicable tax is added at checkout. By starting a purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the credits and waive the statutory right of withdrawal for that delivery. As a matter of policy we refund unused credits on request within 14 days of purchase.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials confidential and use two-factor authentication where possible.
- Do not use the service to move data you are not authorised to access.
- One account per organization; creating extra accounts to obtain more free transfers is not permitted.
- Make your own backup before a migration. We copy data, but we are not a backup service.
Availability and limits
Migration speed depends on the API limits of Microsoft and your source provider, which are outside our control. We aim for high availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee at this time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data in systems we do not control.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or puts other customers at risk. Where possible we contact you first.
Changes
We may change these terms; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
Belgian law applies, with the courts of the district where Steaan is established having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
